Our Services
1 What services does Leap Digital provide?

Leap Digital is a technology and digital solutions company offering four core service areas:

  • Web Design & Development — UI/UX design, custom websites, CMS platforms, e-commerce, and web application development.
  • Data Analytics & Intelligence — Analytics implementation, data engineering, BI dashboards, marketing analytics, and data governance.
  • Digital Marketing & Growth — Social media marketing, SEO, content creation, paid media, and performance analytics.
  • Proprietary SaaS Products — Technology platforms built and operated by Leap Digital, designed to solve specific business and data challenges at scale.

All engagements are tailored to your business goals. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

2 Do you work with businesses outside the UAE?

Yes. While we are headquartered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, we actively serve clients across the UAE, United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Our team operates across time zones to support international engagements effectively.

We are experienced in navigating multi-market regulatory environments, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and UAE data protection law, making us a reliable partner for global businesses.

3 What industries do you serve?

We work across a broad range of industries, including e-commerce, fintech, media and publishing, affiliate marketing, SaaS, professional services, retail, and digital-first businesses. Our solutions are built to be adaptable — we focus on understanding your specific business model and challenges rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

4 How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the engagement:

  • Web Design & Development: Typically 4–12 weeks for a standard website; longer for complex web applications or e-commerce platforms.
  • Analytics Implementation: 2–6 weeks depending on the number of platforms, data sources, and custom tracking requirements.
  • Digital Marketing: Ongoing engagements with an initial onboarding period of 2–4 weeks.
  • SaaS Onboarding: Most clients are operational within a few business days of signing up.

All timelines are discussed and agreed upon in a Statement of Work (SOW) before any engagement begins.

5 Do you offer ongoing support after a project is delivered?

Yes. We offer ongoing support and retainer arrangements across all service areas. This includes post-launch website maintenance, analytics monitoring and optimisation, digital marketing management, and continuous SaaS product support.

Support terms are defined in your service agreement. For SaaS products, support is included as part of your subscription plan. For project-based work, we can agree on a dedicated support retainer to ensure continuity.

  SaaS Products
6 Does Leap Digital offer proprietary SaaS products?

Yes. In addition to our professional services, Leap Digital builds and operates its own proprietary SaaS platforms. These are technology products developed internally to address specific operational challenges that businesses face at scale.

Our SaaS products are currently available to clients on a subscription basis, with some products in active beta or private preview. We do not rely on third-party platforms for our core product offerings — everything is designed, built, and maintained by our own engineering team.

7 How can I access or trial your SaaS products?

Access to our SaaS products is available through direct application or invitation. Some products are currently in private beta, where access is granted on a selective basis to ensure quality onboarding and support.

If you are interested in learning more or getting early access, please reach out to our team with a brief description of your use case. We will review your request and respond within a few business days.

8 Are your SaaS products available globally?

Yes. Our SaaS platforms are cloud-hosted and accessible to businesses worldwide. We currently support clients in the UAE, US, UK, and EU, and our platforms are built to comply with applicable data protection standards across these jurisdictions, including GDPR and UAE PDPL.

If you are based in a different region and would like to discuss access and compliance considerations, please contact us directly.

  Working With Us
9 How do I get started with Leap Digital?

Getting started is straightforward. The typical process is:

  • Initial Enquiry: Reach out via our contact page or call us directly. Share a brief overview of your business and what you are looking to achieve.
  • Discovery Call: We schedule a short call to understand your goals, challenges, and timeline.
  • Proposal: We prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope, approach, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Agreement & Kickoff: Once agreed, we finalise a Statement of Work and begin onboarding.

There is no commitment required at the enquiry or discovery stage.

10 Do you offer consulting or advisory services?

Yes. Beyond execution and delivery, we offer technology and digital strategy consulting. This includes digital transformation roadmapping, data strategy advisory, martech stack audits, and analytics maturity assessments.

Consulting engagements can be standalone or run alongside an active delivery project. If you are at an early stage and need guidance on the right approach before committing to a full engagement, a consulting session is a good starting point.

11 What information do you need from me to begin?

At the enquiry stage, all we need is a brief description of your business, what you are trying to achieve, and any relevant context — such as your target market, existing technology stack, or timelines. You do not need a fully formed brief to get in touch.

During the discovery phase, we will guide you through a structured set of questions to ensure we fully understand your requirements before drafting a proposal. We are experienced in working with clients who are at the very beginning of their digital journey as well as those with mature operations.

  Compliance & Data
12 Is Leap Digital compliant with GDPR and UAE data protection laws?

Yes. Leap Digital operates in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including:

  • UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law — PDPL)
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
  • CAN-SPAM Act and relevant US state privacy laws where applicable

We treat data privacy as a core operational discipline, not just a compliance checkbox. For clients requiring Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), we are happy to accommodate this as part of the engagement.

13 How does Leap Digital handle my business data?

Your business data remains your property at all times. We act as a data processor when handling data on your behalf and will only use it for the specific purposes agreed in your service contract.

We apply industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and strict internal data handling policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Full details are available in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

14 Do you sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)?

Yes. Where required by applicable data protection law — particularly for clients subject to GDPR or UK GDPR — we are prepared to enter into a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that sets out our respective roles, responsibilities, and obligations with respect to personal data.

If your organisation has specific DPA requirements or a standard template, please raise this during the onboarding stage and we will review it with our legal team. Please contact us for more information.

15 Where can I find your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy?

Our full legal documents are publicly available on this website:

  • Terms & Conditions — Covers service scope, intellectual property, payment terms, confidentiality, SaaS licensing, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
  • Privacy Policy — Covers how we collect, use, store, and share personal data, your rights, data retention, and how to exercise your privacy rights.

Both documents are governed by the laws of the UAE (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone) with references to GDPR and UK GDPR where applicable. If you have questions about either document, please contact our team.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to answer anything not covered above. Reach out and we'll get back to you within one business day.
